Je suis notaire nommé par Dahir royal, j’exerce à Beni Mellal (Maroc), avec plus De 20 ans d’expérience dans le domaine du notariat et du droit. Titulaire d’une licence en droit privé obtenue à l’Université Sidi Mohamed Ibn Abdellah de Fès,J’ai fait mon parcours sur des bases académiques solides, enrichies par une pratique professionnelle rigoureuse et un engagement constant au service de mes clients. Au fil de ma carrière, j’ai développé une expertise approfondie dans l’accompagnement juridique, la sécurisation des transactions et le conseil stratégique. Actuellement, je suis présidente du Conseil Régional des Notaires de la région Beni Mellal-Khénifra, dont je contribue activement au développement de la profession de notaire. Par ailleurs, je suis membre de plusieurs associations civiles et chercheuse en droit, ce qui m’engage encore plus dans l’évolution juridique et les enjeux contemporains du notariat. Mon approche repose sur des valeurs de rigueur, de transparence et de confiance, afin d’offrir un accompagnement personnalisé, fiable et adapté aux besoins actuels du notariat et de ma clientèle.
أنا موثقة مُعينة بظهير ملكي شريف، أمارس مهنتي في بني ملال (المغرب)، ولدي أكثر من 20 سنة من الخبرة في مجال التوثيق والقانون. حاصلة على إجازة في القانون الخاص من جامعة سيدي محمد بن عبد الله بفاس، وقد بنيت مساري المهني على أسس أكاديمية متينة، مدعومة بممارسة مهنية صارمة والتزام دائم بخدمة زبنائي. على مدار مسيرتي، طوّرت خبرة معمقة في المواكبة القانونية، وتأمين المعاملات، وتقديم الاستشارة الاستراتيجية. أشغل حالياً منصب رئيسة المجلس الجهوي للموثقين بجهة بني ملال-خنيفرة، حيث أساهم بشكل فعّال في تطوير مهنة التوثيق. كما أنني عضو في عدة جمعيات مدنية وباحثة في القانون، وهو ما يعزز التزامي بتطوير المنظومة القانونية ومواكبة التحديات المعاصرة لمجال التوثيق. يرتكز نهجي على قيم الدقة والشفافية والثقة، بهدف تقديم مواكبة شخصية موثوقة ومتكيفة مع الاحتياجات الراهنة لمهنة التوثيق و زبنائنا ، كما أنني عضوة في عدة جمعيات مدنية وباحثة في المجال القانوني، مما يتيح لي مواكبة المستجدات القانونية والقضايا المعاصرة المرتبطة بالتوثيق. وترتكز مقاربتي على قيم الدقة والشفافية والثقة، بهدف تقديم مواكبة شخصية موثوقة ومتكيفة مع المتطلبات الراهنة في مجال المال و الأعمال.
I am a notary appointed by Royal Dahir, practicing in Beni Mellal(Morocco), with over 20 years of experience in the field of notarial practice and law. I hold a degree in private law from Sidi Mohamed Ben Abdellah University in Fez, and I have built my career on solid academic foundations, strengthened by rigorous professional practice and a constant commitment to serving my clients.Over the course of my career, I have developed in-depth expertise in legal support, securing transactions, and strategic advisory. I am currently the President of the Regional Council of Notaries of the Beni Mellal–Khenifra region, where I actively contribute to the development of the notarial profession.In addition, I am a member of several civil associations and a legal researcher, which further strengthens my commitment to legal development and the contemporary challenges of notarial practice. My approach is grounded in values of rigor, transparency, and trust, enabling me to provide personalized, reliable support tailored to the current needs of the notarial profession and my clients.
